there was one some one told me but i don’t know the name of the website, the cars at this auctions does not have keys u have to get the keys your self. please do anyone know this website and any cheap auction online?

I haven’t heard of that site, the only one i know is ebay
That would be an impound yard auction. Usually you can find them in your local newspaper. Some of those guys do list their cars on ebay. If they have their own website it will be specific to the local auctioneer only.
Try going to mycarauctionreview.com. They have some car auction sites that have cars as low as $500.
